What to Do Next after Loan Application

You can do the following things to help speed up the process:

• Provide all requested supporting documents ASAP!
• Rates change every day so your interest rate needs to be locked as soon as possible. You and I will discuss this.
• Contact the insurance company you would like to use for your homeowner’s insurance.  Then give us the company’s name and phone number.
• We will need a check or credit card for the appraisal before we order it.
• Loan approval – We will call to let you know that we have your loan approved!
